ABA-TIPS Teleconference on Recent Issues in Removal to Federal Court

The ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) is sponsoring an upcoming teleconference entitled "Going Federal or Staying State? Recent Issues in Removal of Cases to Federal Court." The teleconference will be held on October 19, 2005 and CLE credit is available. The program promises to cover removal developments under the Class Action Fairness Act.
